Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery

Delivery is available within

  • Germany,
  • the United Kingdom,
  • the European Union (EU),
  • and internationally.

Shipping costs (not including VAT – small business regulation)

Shipping costs are stated in the respective offers and depend on the destination country or shipping zone.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged or shown.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will be made

  • within Germany within 5–7 days,
  • within the European Union within 7–14 days,
  • to the United Kingdom within 7–14 days,
  • internationally within 10–21 days

after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no delivery will be made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
