Terms and Conditions (AGB / Terms of Service)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the online store of Colors of Autumn GbR.

2. Contractual Partner

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding order. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by e-mail.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices shown are final prices.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown.

Shipping costs may apply and are shown separately during checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available to Germany, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and internationally.

Delivery times are stated on the respective product pages. No delivery is made on Sundays or public holidays.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

  • Instant bank transfer (Klarna)

Credit card payments are charged upon conclusion of the contract.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Governing Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
